Entry Requirements

For both roles, (Health Care Support Worker & Reablement Worker), there is no need for previous healthcare experience.

 

You will be given training when you start the job and we will support you to develop the skills needed.

 

You’ll need good understanding of English & maths skills and you must have the right to work in the UK.

Pay

Health Care Support Workers

Most entry-level healthcare support worker jobs salaries range is £23,615 to £25,674. Healthcare support workers may also receive unsocial hours payments & have the option to earn more by working extra hours through the staff bank.

Reablement Workers

As a Reablement Worker you will earn £14.02 per hour plus mileage allowance due to the nature of the role.

You will also be able to access a range of staff benefits including discounts on high street shops and restaurants.

Health Care Support Worker Academy

Step 1

Health Care Support Worker Apprenticeship

 

 

Duration: 15 months

Qualification: Level 2

Step 2

Senior Health Care Support Worker Apprenticeship

 

Duration: 18 – 24 months

Qualification: A Level 3 Diploma

Step 3

Trainee Nursing Associate Foundation Degree Apprenticeship

 

Duration: 24 months

Qualification: Nursing Associate Foundation Degree, a Level 4 Apprenticeship, and Professional Registration with the NMC

Step 4

Registered Nurse

Degree Apprenticeship

 

Duration:48 months

Qualification: Bachelor of Science Degree

A Level 5

Apprenticeship
